This American IPA delivers a vibrant tropical and citrus profile, driven by a heavy-handed hop bill featuring Citra, Mosaic, Motueka, and Strata. It opens with an explosion of pineapple, lime, and stone fruit, underscored by a characteristic dank pine resin from the Strata and Mosaic additions. A clean, grainy malt backbone supports the aromatic intensity without competing. The palate reflects these bright notes, transitioning into a light, refreshing bitterness on the finish. Crisp and aromatic, it captures the modern spirit of the style, balancing punchy New World hop character from the Citra and Motueka with a smooth, approachable mouthfeel and a dry finish.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber; clear with a very slight haze; medium-sized, persistent white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent lime, grapefruit, pineapple, and stone fruit. Subtle dank and resinous pine notes emerge. Clean, low grainy maltiness; no diacetyl; very low fermentation esters.

Taste. Leading with high hop flavors of lime, pineapple, and apricot. Medium-low clean, bready malt provides a neutral base. Bitterness is moderate to firm, allowing fruit notes to lead. Finishes dry and crisp with a lingering citrus and light pine aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Medium-high carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. No astringency.
