This bold Double IPA radiates an intense tropical bouquet driven by a potent trio of Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra hops. Vivid aromas of papaya and passion fruit dominate the senses, underscored by bright citrus and ripe stone fruit nuances. The sensory experience is defined by its approachable profile; while the 8.3% ABV provides a gentle, well-integrated warmth, the finish is surprisingly smooth with a restrained bitterness that allows the lush fruit character to remain the focus. A clean, neutral malt base provides a soft stage for the hops to shine, resulting in a vibrant and modern interpretation of the Double IPA style.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM) with a moderate-sized, persistent white head. Fairly pale with a slight, modern haze that does not obscure its brilliance.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring heavy tropical fruit notes of papaya and passion fruit from the Galaxy and Mosaic additions. Supported by Citra-led citrus zest and stone fruit esters. Malt character is low and neutral, presenting a clean, grainy backdrop with a faint, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. High-intensity hop flavors mirror the aroma, showcasing a complex blend of tropical, citrus, and stone fruit. Despite the high-gravity style, the bitterness is perceived as moderate and exceptionally smooth rather than aggressive. The finish is medium-dry and clean, lacking harshness, with a lingering fruit-forward aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to high. A soft, restrained alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
