Hook Me Up With Some Belma is a vibrant Hazy IPA that showcases a tropical symphony driven by Belma, El Dorado, and Citra hops. It pours with a characteristic opaque glow, releasing intense aromas of pink grapefruit, ripe pineapple, and subtle strawberry notes. On the palate, the El Dorado and Citra provide a burst of mango and citrus zest, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. The mouthfeel is notably smooth and medium-full, typical of the style, finishing with a gentle, restrained bitterness that allows the lush fruit character to linger. This is a modern, juicy expression of hop-forward craftsmanship.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy shine, devoid of particulates. Persistent, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant notes of grapefruit, mango, and pineapple from Citra and El Dorado, alongside a unique strawberry-like ester from the Belma. Malt is low and neutral, presenting as fresh bread. Fermentation character is clean and supportive of the intense fruit profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a massive wave of tropical and citrus fruit. High hop flavor of stone fruit and grapefruit zest is balanced by a low, grainy malt sweetness. Bitterness is medium-low and exceptionally smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is off-dry and soft, with a lingering juice-like aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and smooth texture. Carbonation is low to moderate, contributing to the plush feel. No alcohol warmth or hop-derived astringency.
