Península Galactic Sunset is a bold Double IPA that radiates a deep copper hue, inspired by the warm tones of a Tatooine sunset. This visual depth is achieved through a specialty malt bill featuring Maris Otter, T50, and Imperial malts, providing a bready, slightly toasty foundation. The sensory experience is dominated by an overwhelming intensity of Galaxy hops, which release pungent aromas of passion fruit, peach, and citrus. On the palate, the robust malt character balances a firm bitterness, leading to a clean, medium-dry finish. It is a high-impact ale where vibrant tropical fruitiness meets the heritage-rich complexity of premium English malts.

Appearance. Deep copper to light amber (12–14 SRM) with good clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine-textured lacing.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma characterized by pungent tropical fruit, passion fruit, and peach, accompanied by a clean citrus note. A supportive bready and lightly toasty malt presence from the Maris Otter is evident. Fermentation is clean, with very low fruity esters and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong hop flavors of guava and citrus dominate from the start. A moderately high bitterness provides structure without being harsh. The malt profile is supportive and clean, offering flavors of bread crust and light toast. The finish is medium-dry, not heavy or sweet, with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste. A light, clean alcohol warmth is present.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. Provides a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth without any hop-derived astringency.
