Península Everywhere is a vibrant Hazy IPA that captures a modern, juicy profile through a meticulous blend of New World hops. The experience is led by an intense aromatic display of tropical and citrus notes, where the specific use of Mosaic and El Dorado hops drives deep impressions of ripe mango, pineapple, and stone fruit. Cryo Sabro adds a distinctive creamy coconut and tangerine complexity that lingers on the senses. This beer offers a soft, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness that highlights the hop saturation. It concludes with a smooth, refreshing finish that emphasizes fruit-forward drinkability over sharp resins.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic hazy glow and no visible particulates. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring layers of pineapple, mango, and tangerine. Distinctive notes of coconut and cream from the Sabro are present. The malt provides a neutral, bready, and grainy background without any caramel or toast character. Fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical and citrus aroma. Mosaic lends a hint of blueberry, while El Dorado provides sweet pear and tropical depth. Malt flavor is low and bready, serving as a soft foundation. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low and exceptionally smooth. The finish is off-dry and juicy with no hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Smooth and devoid of astringency or raw starchiness. Features a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
