The sensory experience is dominated by the interplay of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Columbus hops, delivering layers of ripe stone fruit, blueberry, and bright citrus. The Kveik fermentation contributes subtle orchard fruit esters that complement the juicy hop character. It presents a soft, pillowy texture and a deliberate haze, characteristic of the style, with a restrained bitterness that allows the vibrant hop oils and bready malt backbone to remain front and center through a clean, fruity finish.
Appearance.Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. It supports a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.
Aroma.High intensity aromatics lead with ripe mango, passion fruit, and pine from the Simcoe and Mosaic, while Columbus adds a slight dank, herbal undertone.
