Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a pale gold color. It supports a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity for the style; dominated by fragrant Saphir hops showing bright lemon zest, sweet floral blossoms, and a hint of spice. Behind the hops lies a moderate grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt presence. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean, free of esters or diacetyl.
Taste. The initial impression is a crisp, clean malt sweetness reminiscent of fresh bread and crackers. This is quickly superseded by a firm, lingering hop bitterness and flavors of citrus peel and herbal spice. The balance is decidedly bitter and dry, with a refreshing mineral quality.
