Appearance. Very pale straw to medium yellow (2-3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a white, frothy head that has moderate to low retention and minimal lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity overall. Very light grainy-sweet malt aroma is present. Hop aroma is very low to none, with a faint floral or spicy quality. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp. Low grainy malt flavor with a hint of sweetness that is quickly balanced by low hop bitterness. Hop flavor is very low, displaying a subtle herbal or floral character. The finish is dry and clean with a short, refreshing aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation providing a noticeable carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth texture with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
