Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow with a distinct milky, opaque cloudiness from the wheat and oats. Supports a thick, dense, white moussy head with excellent retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready, grainy malt and light notes of vanilla and honey. Prominent zesty orange peel citrus is complemented by a spicy, lemony coriander character. Very low herbal hop notes may be present, well-integrated with the fruity yeast esters.
