Ram Lite is an exceptionally refreshing American Light Lager that prioritizes purity and drinkability. The inclusion of maize imparts a delicate, sweet graininess to the aroma and palate, providing a subtle depth to the otherwise neutral malt profile. This beer exhibits a remarkably clean fermentation character, allowing a faint hint of floral hops to emerge briefly before a crisp, bone-dry finish takes over. Appearance. 2–3 SRM. Very pale straw color with brilliant clarity. Features a white, frothy head with low persistence and minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Subtle notes of sweet maize and grainy malt are present. Very low herbal hop aroma is optional but may be detected.

Taste. Initial neutral impression with a very low grainy-sweetness from the maize. Hop bitterness is low, providing a nearly even balance. Very low floral hop flavor leads into a crisp, dry, and clean finish with no lingering aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Very light, watery body with very high carbonation and a noticeable carbonic bite. No alcohol warmth or astringency; extremely smooth.
