This vibrant Specialty IPA pours a brilliant, dark red, showcasing a big blend of heavy-hitting American hops. Intense aromas of zesty orange and fresh summer berries are layered over a luscious, toffee-driven malt cushion. The palate mirrors these aromatics, delivering punchy strawberry and citrus notes balanced by a complex grist of toasted malts. A firm, resinous bitterness provides structure, cutting through the residual malt sweetness for a crisp finish. At 7% ABV, the beer offers a subtle, well-integrated warmth, resulting in a bold yet drinkable profile that emphasizes the harmony between fruity hops and caramel malts.

Appearance. Bright, deep ruby red (SRM 14-18). Brilliant clarity. Moderate-sized, off-white to light tan head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity with dominant notes of citrus zest, strawberry, and resinous pine. Supported by a moderate malt character of toffee, caramel, and light toast. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Bold hop flavors of orange and strawberry lead into a firm, medium-high bitterness. The malt profile is medium-low but carries distinct toffee and bread crust flavors. Finishes off-dry with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste; no roasted or burnt characters present.
