This collaborative Double IPA merges the DNA of two legendary hazy powerhouses into a vibrant, golden-hued experience. Utilizing a saturated dose of Cryo Mosaic and Strata hops, the sensory profile explodes with a complex cornucopia of green melon, passionfruit, and sun-ripened strawberry. A citric foundation of bright lemons and oranges provides a structured zesty backdrop to the more exotic notes of tangerine and papaya. The malt bill provides a soft, supportive canvas, resulting in a signature pillowy texture that carries the high-intensity hop oils through a clean, lingering finish with a modern, dank edge characteristic of these breweries.

Appearance. Deep gold (6 SRM) with a persistent, dense white head. Distinctive hazy opacity with significant suspension, typical of modern interpretations of the style.

Aroma. Intense and multi-layered hop bouquet featuring pungent dankness and tropical fruit. Prominent notes of passionfruit and papaya mingle with sweet strawberry and a sharp citrus zest. A very low, neutral grainy malt sweetness sits in the background, allowing the hop-derived esters to dominate.

Taste. Initial burst of tropical sweetness and berry-like flavors, followed by a mid-palate of tangerine and orange peel. The hop flavor is dominant and complex, bolstered by the resinous character of the hops. Bitterness is firm but smooth, balancing the soft malt without becoming harsh. The finish is clean and fruity with a slight resinous linger.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, creamy, and pillowy body. Carbonation is moderate, enhancing the velvety texture. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 8% ABV, but remains smooth and never solventy.
