This vivacious fruited sour offers a striking sensory experience, beginning with a deep magenta pour and an effervescent rosy head. The aroma is dominated by sharp lactic acidity intertwined with lush, fresh raspberry and the sweet, vinous character of Grenache grapes. On the palate, a crisp Berliner Weisse base provides a canvas for tart raspberry-watermelon snowball notes and sweet berry wine flavors. The clean lactic sourness provides the primary balance against the fruit's natural sugars, resulting in a refreshing and highly carbonated profile. While the wheat malt adds a subtle doughy foundation, the focus remains on the intense, bright fruit expression and a dry, snappy finish.

Appearance. Deep magenta in color (25-30 SRM) with a pinkish-rose head that has moderate to low retention; clarity is hazy to nearly opaque due to heavy fruit addition.
