This vibrant Double IPA is a lupulin-saturated tribute, offering an explosive sensory experience driven by a trio of powerhouse hops. Citra, Strata, and Idaho-7 combine to create an intense tropical bouquet that fills the glass. The use of Heliogazer yeast acts as a catalyst, unleashing a massive passionfruit character that dominates the profile. On the palate, expect a velvety, succulent texture typical of the style's modern interpretations. Waves of overripe mango and guava crash against a soft, supportive malt backdrop, culminating in a smooth, juice-forward finish that belies its substantial strength while keeping bitterness refined and integrated.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a significant, nearly opaque haze. Features a dense, creamy, off-white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High-intensity aroma dominated by a massive passionfruit punch from the Heliogazer yeast. Supporting notes of citrus zest, tropical melon, and a light resinous dankness from Citra, Strata, and Idaho-7 are prominent. Malt character is low and neutral, providing a faint bready background.

Taste. A saturated initial impression of tropical fruit juice. Bold flavors of passionfruit, overripe mango, and grapefruit lead into a soft, doughy malt foundation.
