Infinite Ghost is a saturated Double IPA that pushes hop intensity to its limits. This hazy, pale-gold ale radiates an explosive bouquet of tropical mango, lychee, and bright grapefruit zest, driven by the heavy-handed use of Citra, Citra terpenes, and Citra Spectrum. On the palate, a lush, velvety texture supports waves of succulent citrus and resinous depth, balanced by a restrained but supportive neutral malt backbone. Despite its 8% ABV, the finish remains remarkably clean with a soft, lingering bitterness that invites another sip, showcasing the vibrant, multifaceted essence of the hop in its most concentrated form.

Appearance. 6-8 SRM. Opaque, pale gold to light orange with a persistent, dense, creamy white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring concentrated Citra character: lime zest, sweet mango, passion fruit, and a distinct resinous terpene punch. Background malt is neutral and clean, with very low fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Assertive hop-forward profile dominated by orange juice, lychee, and floral citrus flavors. Bitterness is moderately high (70+ IBU context) but remains soft and juicy rather than harsh. Low, bready malt support leads to a medium-dry, hop-saturated finish with a clean aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, creamy, and velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol warmth is well-integrated and gentle, providing a subtle lift without being solventy.
