This Double IPA is a sensory collision of two titans, marrying the hop-forward intensity of Parish and Other Half. A massive double dry-hop of Galaxy drives an explosive aromatic profile, delivering notes of overripe mango sorbet, candied cantaloupe, and a delicate floral touch reminiscent of mint and sweet tarts. The sensory experience is defined by its ultra-fragrant, fuming hop character that leads into a bright, tropical palate. While the strength is evident at 8.5% ABV, the malt remains a clean, supportive background, ensuring the focus remains entirely on the complex, fruit-laden Galaxy hop expression and its crisp, refreshing finish.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper (approx. 8-10 SRM). Displays a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing. Though the style permits good clarity, a slight, attractive hop-driven haze is present.

Aroma. Intense and explosive hop-forward bouquet dominated by modern New World hop characteristics. Prominent notes of overripe mango, melon, and candied cantaloupe are layered with delicate floral tones and a unique hint of fresh mint. The malt remains neutral and grainy in the background, with a very clean fermentation profile and a subtle hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit including mango and cantaloupe, followed by a tangy citrus character. High hop bitterness is firm but smooth, lacking harshness. The malt character is clean and unobtrusive, providing a soft, supportive foundation. It finishes medium-dry with a lingering, resinous, and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a crisp bite that balances the hop density. A restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no hop-derived astringency.
