This saturated Double IPA emerges from a powerhouse collaboration, delivering an intense sensory experience defined by a massive double dry hop of Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado. The aroma is a vibrant explosion of tropical and citrus fruit, leading with distinct notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and zesty tangerine. On the palate, the hop saturation is profound, layering flavors of passion fruit and fuzzy peach against a backdrop of grapefruit pith. While intensely juicy, it maintains structural integrity with a firm, grounding bitterness that balances the lush fruit character, finishing clean with a subtle, well-integrated warmth and soft malt support.
Appearance. Pale gold to light orange-copper (6-9 SRM); hazy to opaque with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward profile; dominant tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango from Mosaic and bright citrus including tangerine and grapefruit from Citra. Nuanced stone fruit, specifically peach from El Dorado, is present over a clean, neutral, grainy malt background with a light ester profile.
Taste. Initial punch of tropical fruit juice followed by a complex interplay of passion fruit and citrus. Moderately high bitterness provides a necessary counterpoint to the saturated fruitiness without becoming harsh. Neutral malt character supports the hop oils without adding significant caramel sweetness. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering resinous and tropical fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. A noticeable but restrained and smooth alcohol warmth is present. Lacks any harsh hop-derived astringency despite the heavy hopping rate.

This version is dosed with 100% Mosaic in all kettle, whirlpool and two massive dry hop additions. The local wildflower honey keeps the body light and drinkable but provides a floral, earthy backbone. Juicy, candied peach and nectarine up front backed up with a nuanced white wine character on the nose that continues straight through in the flavor profile. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish.
