Kölsch 5 º 25 IBU
Páramo Golden Ale is an approachable and incredibly refreshing Blonde Ale inspired by the traditional Kölsch style of Cologne. This straw-to-gold pour delivers a clean sensory experience, characterized by a soft malt backbone offering notes of fresh bread and light grain. Subtle, spicy, and floral hop cues provide a crisp counterpoint to a very low level of fruity esters, likely derived from its cool-fermented yeast profile. At 5% ABV, it strikes a harmonious balance between a gentle malt sweetness and a moderate, cleansing bitterness. The result is a highly drinkable, light-bodied ale with a crisp, dry finish perfect for warm weather.
Appearance. Light yellow to deep gold (SRM 3-5). Brilliant clarity. Low to medium white head with fair retention and light lacing.
