This expressive American Lager balances a clean, refreshing profile with a modern hop infusion of Hallertau Blanc and Motueka. The sensory experience opens with delicate gooseberry, grass, and herbal tones from the Hallertau Blanc, which quickly evolve into a bright citrus character reminiscent of mojito lime and tropical fruit driven by the Motueka. Supported by a light, sweet malt foundation, it offers a crisp and highly drinkable experience. The hops provide a vibrant, aromatic complexity that elevates the traditional neutral lager base, ensuring the beer remains thirst-quenching while delivering a sophisticated berry and citrus punch that lingers softly on the palate.

Appearance. Pale straw to light yellow (2-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a thin, white, frothy head that dissipates quickly with light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity. Low grainy and sweet malt aroma provides a neutral base for prominent hop notes of gooseberry, crushed herbs, and white wine from Hallertau Blanc, coupled with bright lime zest and tropical fruit from Motueka. Very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Relatively neutral and crisp initial impression. A light, grainy malt sweetness is immediately complemented by moderate hop flavors of lime, tropical fruit, and a subtle berry-like grassiness. Low to medium-low bitterness ensures a balanced profile. The finish is dry, clean, and refreshing with a short aftertaste of citrus peel.
