Panda Beer Suco is a vibrant Hazy IPA that delivers an immediate sensory impact of tropical juice. The heavy inclusion of Citra and Mosaic hops generates a wave of mango and citrus, while Mandarina Bavaria and Saphir contribute nuanced tangerine and delicate floral highlights. Brewed with Pilsen malt and a significant portion of wheat and oats, the beer presents a soft, pillowy foundation that enhances the juicy character. This approach results in a refreshing profile where the intense fruit flavors take center stage, balanced by a restrained bitterness and a smooth, clean finish that highlights hop-derived complexity.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a healthy shine. Topped with a dense, white, meringue-like head showing excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent mango and passion fruit from Mosaic and grapefruit from Citra are layered with tangerine from Mandarina Bavaria and light floral Saphir notes. The malt is low and bready, while the fermentation profile is clean with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. The initial impression is intensely fruity, echoing the tropical and citrus hop character. Pilsen malt provides a light, grainy background, while oats and wheat contribute to a soft perception. Hop bitterness is low to moderate and well-integrated. The finish is off-dry and smooth, featuring a lingering aftertaste of orange zest and peach without any harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, creamy texture derived from the flaked grains. Carbonation is moderate. No astringency or hop burn is present. Alcohol warmth is negligible at this strength.
