Palmbräu Das Original presents a rustic, unfiltered interpretation of a German Pils. This straw-colored lager features a gentle haze and a voluminous white head, departing from the typical brilliant clarity to emphasize its raw character. The aroma is defined by a bouquet of traditional German hops, offering elegant floral and spicy notes over a foundation of doughy Continental Pilsner malt. On the palate, a clean fermentation profile allows the herbal hop character to shine, supported by a subtle toasted cracker and honey sweetness. Appearance. 3-4 SRM. Pale yellow to straw color with a persistent, slight yeast haze. Forms a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
