Appearance. Golden yellow color (3-4 SRM) with a slight, hazy murkiness from yeast sediment. Topped by a dense, white, and remarkably persistent head with good lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt and distinct notes of honey. A light background of citrus and floral hop character provides freshness, complemented by a clean fermentation profile with faint yeast-derived traces.
Taste. Initial impression is balanced and fresh. Malt flavors of grain and honeyed sweetness are primary, offset by a low to medium-low hop bitterness. Light citrus and herbal notes emerge mid-palate, leading to a crisp, dry, and slightly bitter finish with a clean aftertaste.
