Appearance. Deep gold (4 SRM), brilliant clarity, with a thick, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring flowery and herbal hop character. Low grainy-sweet and doughy malt presence with a hint of honey. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Initial grainy malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a prominent flowery hop flavor and a firm, medium-high bitterness. The finish is very dry and crisp, with a lingering minerality and herbal hop quality in the aftertaste. Clean and well-attenuated.
