Pacífico Clara is a quintessential International Pale Lager that captures the breezy essence of its Mazatlán origins. The sensory experience is defined by a brilliant, pale straw appearance and a highly refreshing, crisp character. A clean fermentation profile allows light grainy-malty sweetness and subtle corny adjunct notes to lead, complemented by very low herbal and floral hop presence. While the brewery highlights a hint of citrus and a suggestion of ocean mist, the palate remains focused on a dry, well-attenuated finish. Its light body and lively carbonation make it an exceptionally thirst-quenching choice for warm climates and coastal pairings.

Appearance. Brilliant clarity, pale straw to light gold (approx. 2-4 SRM). Pours with a white, frothy head that has moderate to low retention and leaves minimal lacing.

Aroma. Low intensity with a clean fermentation profile. Initial scents of grainy-malty sweetness and a faint corny adjunct note are present. Hop aroma is very low, exhibiting subtle herbal, floral, and light citrus-like qualities.

Taste. The initial impression is neutral and crisp. Low to moderate levels of grainy-malt flavor and a hint of corny sweetness are balanced by a medium-low bitterness. Hop flavor is very low with faint herbal notes. The finish is dry, highly attenuated, and clean, with a short aftertaste of light malt.

Mouthfeel. Light body with moderately high carbonation that provides a crisp carbonic bite on the tongue. Smooth and refreshing with no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency.
