Desde 2022, Oud Beersel trabaja con Vitalii Karvyha, el antiguo sidrerero ucraniano Berryland que tuvo que huir de la guerra. Unieron sus habilidades para producir sidra en los barriles de madera de Oud Beersel. El producto de la venta de la sidra debería permitir a Vitalii reanudar su actividad.
La sidra se produce a partir de McIntosh, Cortland y manzanas silvestres recogidas en un huerto de más de 50 años. El zumo de manzana macerado se fermenta de forma natural y se embotella en Oud Beersel sin pasteurización ni adición de sulfitos. Esto da como resultado una sidra salvaje y seca, casi sin azúcar residual.
