Hong Kong Beer Co. Mai Po 2023 Version 4: Cognac Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Mai Po No. 4 (Vintage 2023) is our Imperial Stout that has been barrel-aged in French Limousin Cognac Barrels from the Old Elk Bourbon Cask Finish Series. It has rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavours with notes of apricots, raisins, honey, and caramel. When stored at a constant temperature of 4 to 8 degrees Celsius, Mai Po may be enjoyed for years to come and collected for vertical tastings with other Mai Po vintages and variants.
