Collaboration with Little Pomona
Three part release in collaboration with our friends Little Pomona. All three use the same base beer but fermented with lees from a Little Pomona fermentation. That means that the only microorganisms which ferment and create this beer are those found on the skins of the apples from Little Pomona. It’s a little wild, a little funky, definitely has echoes of their cider, and was a lot of fun to collaborate in this way.
See No Evil – A beer fermented with lees from a Little Pomona Fermentation, aged for 1 year in oak barrels. Wild, echoes of cider, tart and oaky.

Released sans pomace refermentation – see Hear No Evil and Speak No Evil for that – this is gently tart without being too sour. It has a fruity brett aroma without being too funky. It has has depth and complexity without being too intense. 750ml. 6.3%
