Burning Sky - Through The Fields - 5.7% (750ml) - Ghost Whale

Through the Fields is a blend of foudre and barrel aged mixed fermentation beers. Further aged on local elderberries before refermentation in the bottle. It is dry on the palate, with notes of earthy berries and a light spritzy Burgundy.
