Questa versione si differenzia dalla Poterie classica per via delle botti utilizzate: in questo caso si tratta di botti ex Scotch!
E’ Old Ale potentissima invecchiata in botte miscelata con metodo solera, ciò che significa che ogni anno una parte della birra viene conservata e miscelata con quella prodotta l’anno successivo, fornendo maggior complessività e carattere con il passare degli anni.
Il risultato è stratificato in sapori robusti e complessi di toffee, caramello, frutta matura sotto spirito, vaniglia e rovere!
Se conservata correttamente questa birra ha potenzialità di invecchiamento pressoché infinite!
