This session-strength American IPA is a bright, hop-forward refresher characterized by its intense citrus profile. A vivid bouquet of fresh lime, lemon, and lemongrass leaps from the glass, underpinned by a restrained, clean malt backbone. The palate follows suit with a thirst-quenching explosion of juicy grapefruit and lemon zest, transitioning into a firm, resinous bitterness that stays crisp and focused. Despite its lower alcohol content, it maintains the punchy hop character and dry finish typical of the style, delivering a vibrant, citrus-heavy experience that lingers with a clean, zesty aftertaste.

Appearance. Pale gold (5–6 SRM); brilliant clarity; large, frothy white head with excellent persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by American hop characteristics; prominent fresh lime, grapefruit, and crushed lemongrass. Secondary notes of lemon zest and light resin. Malt is low, presenting as clean and crackery. Fermentation profile is very clean with no significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is punchy and hop-centric. Flavors of juicy lime and grapefruit are immediate, followed by herbal lemongrass. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing support for the medium-high bitterness. The mid-palate introduces a resinous quality and citrus zest. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and citrus peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is moderately high, enhancing the refreshing quality. No alcohol warmth is perceived. No astringency.
