Pühaste Mosaiik is a bold American IPA that centers on the complex interplay between intense hop saturation and a robust malt backbone. Utilizing a foundation of Vienna malt, the beer pours a deep amber with a dense, creamy foam. The aroma is a vibrant collision of ripe mango and strawberries driven by Mosaic hops, supported by the herbal, tropical lift of Vic Secret. On the palate, luscious honeydew and peach flavors transition into a resinous, piney bitterness. The characteristic toffee and caramel notes of the Vienna malt provide an elegant, balancing sweetness, resulting in a full-bodied and exceptionally rounded hop-forward experience.

Appearance. Deep amber color with excellent clarity; features a thick, off-white, persistent creamy head that leaves decorative lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring complex notes of ripe mango, strawberries, and stone fruit. Supported by a clean malt profile of toasted bread, caramel, and light toffee, with a secondary layer of pine and resin.

Taste. Initial flavors of luscious mango, honeydew, and peach are followed by a firm, resinous hop bitterness. The rich Vienna malt provides a sturdy base of toffee and biscuit, balancing the high hop character. The finish is medium-dry and lingering, with clean piney notes and a touch of berry-like esters.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, rounded texture and moderate carbonation. A well-integrated, gentle alcohol warmth is present without being harsh.
