This Small IPA from Pühaste offers a remarkably light and refreshing sensory experience despite its diminutive ABV. Dominated by the distinct profile of Nelson Sauvin hops, the beer leads with vibrant, juicy white grapes and ripe gooseberries. These New World hop cues are supported by a delicate, clean, and grainy malt base that allows the aromatic fruit notes to remain the central focus. Effervescent and crisp, it maintains the hoppy spirit of an American IPA within a slender, highly sessionable frame. The finish is notably dry and lean, leaving a lingering impression of tropical fruit and a clean, snappy bitterness.

Appearance. Medium gold (6 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent frothy white head with good lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent Nelson Sauvin hop characteristics of crushed white grapes, gooseberries, and passion fruit. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hop presentation with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's white grape and tropical notes. Very low, clean cracker-like malt flavor. Medium-high hop bitterness that leads into a dry, crisp finish. The aftertaste is hoppy and clean without harshness.

Mouthfeel. Light body with a smooth, thin texture. Moderate to high carbonation provides a refreshing prickle. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
