Pühaste’s Tempo is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a modern, fruit-forward profile driven by Strata and Nelson Sauvin hops. The aromatic experience is intense, led by layers of passion fruit, strawberry, and a distinctive crushed white grape character. On the palate, the beer balances a clean, grainy malt backbone with assertive tropical and gooseberry hop flavors. A firm bitterness provides structure, leading to a crisp, dry finish that emphasizes the bright New World hop character. Its medium body and smooth carbonation make it a highly drinkable, hop-centric ale that highlights the synergy of contemporary hop varieties.

Appearance. Radiant medium gold with a slight, inviting haze. Features a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit and strawberry from Strata, complemented by the distinctive white wine, gooseberry, and crushed grape character of Nelson Sauvin. Low, clean, bready malt supports the hops without interference.

Taste. Follows the aroma with high hop flavors of tropical fruit, melon, and white grape. Bitterness is firm and clean, balanced by a light, grainy malt backbone. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste of citrus zest and subtle piney resin.
