This non-alcoholic Straight Sour Beer presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by a trio of Raspberry, Blackcurrant, and Peach. The aroma is dominated by sharp, clean lactic acidity and a punch of tart red berries, while the peach adds a soft, floral stone-fruit sweetness. A subtle, biscuity malt backbone evokes a cheesecake-like character, providing a smooth, creamy counterpoint to the brisk acidity. Despite the lack of alcohol, the mouthfeel remains substantial and refreshing. On the palate, the intense tartness of the blackcurrant is balanced by a lingering, fruit-sweet finish, creating a complex, dessert-inspired experience without any hop bitterness or fermentation funk.

Appearance. Intense reddish-purple hue with a hazy, opaque clarity from heavy fruit addition. Topped by a dense, pink-tinted head with poor retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of sharp, clean lactic sourness. Dominant scents of fresh raspberry and earthy blackcurrant are balanced by ripe, floral peach. A crackery, biscuity malt presence provides a cheesecake crust backdrop. No hop aroma or funk.

Taste. Sharply tart and fruit-forward initial impression. Intense flavors of raspberry and blackcurrant provide a piercing acidity, followed by the soft, sweet-fleshy flavor of peach. A bready, biscuity malt presence provides a mid-palate reminiscent of cheesecake. Hop bitterness is undetectable. The finish is off-dry and lingering with a clean, acidic snap.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeable creaminess and smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, creating an effervescent lift. No alcohol warmth is present, resulting in a crisp, refreshing feel.
