This vibrant Wild Specialty Beer pours a striking deep ruby with a lively pink head. The sensory profile is defined by a bold interplay of tart, ripe cranberries and the rounded, crisp notes of juicy apples. A delicate thread of vanilla weaves through the aroma and palate, providing a softening contrast to the refreshing, buzzing acidity characteristic of its sour wheat ale base. The wild fermentation lends a clean, sharp sourness that highlights the fruit without overshadowing the subtle wheat graininess. It is a complex, fruit-forward experience where the zesty cranberry tannins and smooth vanilla finish create a beautifully balanced and thirst-quenching character.

Appearance. Deep ruby hue (SRM 20-25) with a playful, persistent pink foam head. Slight haze is present, typical for a fruited wheat-based wild ale.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring fresh, tart cranberries and a subtle, creamy vanilla undertone. Notes of crisp green apple and a clean lactic sourness are present, with minimal hop influence and a light wheaty graininess.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply tart and refreshing, led by sour cranberry. The mid-palate reveals juicy apple flavors that provide a hint of fruit esters. Vanilla appears toward the finish, tying the acidity together with a smooth, delicate touch. Bitterness is nearly non-existent, and the finish is dry, crisp, and lingering with fruit-driven acidity.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation that enhances the lively, buzzing feel. Very low alcohol warmth. A slight, pleasant astringency from the cranberry skins adds structure to the mouthfeel.
