Sadu is a modern reimagining of the German Pils, bridging the gap between old-world precision and contemporary hop intensity. This West Coast-inspired lager features a vibrant sensory profile driven by Krush and Citra hops, which impart sharp layers of pink grapefruit, tropical mango, and a subtle resinous pine. These bold aromatics are supported by a lean, cracker-like malt base and a clean fermentation profile that emphasizes the beer's crispness. The finish is remarkably dry and mineral-forward, with a firm, lingering bitterness that demands another sip, successfully melding the refreshment of a traditional lager with the aromatic depth of a modern pale ale.

Appearance. Brilliant, pale straw-gold with exceptional clarity. Topped by a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.
