This vibrant Hazy IPA delivers a rich tropical and citrus sensory showcase, defined by its dual-hop spotlight. The prominent Australian Eclipse hops burst with sweet mandarin orange oil and a subtle, fresh piney resin, while the classic American Mosaic hops interweave complex layers of ripe blueberries, juicy passionfruit, and soft stone fruit. A smooth, yeast-derived stone fruit ester profile backs the massive hop character, while the soft, pillowy malt backbone ensures an effortless drinkability. The finish is beautifully balanced and off-dry, lingering with a wave of juicy citrus and tropical fruit.

Appearance. Medium straw to light orange-yellow with a luminous, opaque haze that gives the beer a vibrant, glowing shine. Supports a thick, meringue-like, persistent white head that leaves dense, sticky lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity, dominated by a wave of sweet mandarin orange, candied citrus peel, and fresh pine needles from the Eclipse hops, coupled with Mosaic's signature notes of ripe blueberry, mango, and papaya. A background of bready, doughy malt and light stone fruit yeast esters supports the intense, punchy hop profile without any clashing harshness or caramel sweetness.

Taste. Initial impression is remarkably juicy and hop-forward, exploding with sweet citrus, blueberry, and tropical mango flavors. Low-to-medium clean malt sweetness of fresh white bread crumb provides a supportive canvas. Perceived bitterness is low-to-moderate and exceptionally smooth, completely devoid of harshness or astringency. Finishes off-dry, clean, and incredibly fruity, with lingering flavors of mandarin pulp and resinous tropical notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, soft, and pillowy body with a silky, smooth mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. No harsh alcohol warmth is present despite the 6.9% ABV, leaving a gentle, refreshing, and clean finish without any raw starch or chalky texture.
