Pühaste Pakane presents an intriguing, high-gravity interpretation of a German Pilsner, leaning into its Cold IPA identity. Brewed to a robust strength, it maintains a remarkably crisp, dry, and clean lager profile. The sensory experience is driven by an intense, modern hop showcase featuring Mosaic, Talus, and Calista LUPOMAX®. These hops deliver vibrant layers of pink grapefruit, tropical passion fruit, and pine resin, backed by a subtle herbal undertone. Supported by a light, cracker-like malt base and fermented exceptionally clean, it finishes aggressively bitter and highly refreshing, bridging classic lager precision with bold, contemporary hop expression.

Appearance. Deep yellow with brilliant clarity. Pours with a thick, frothy, long-lasting white head that leaves generous lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity of modern hops, showcasing vibrant notes of pink grapefruit, tropical passion fruit, and fresh pine needles, backed by a very low, clean, cracker-like malt sweetness. Fermentation profile is exceptionally clean and cold-conditioned, devoid of any yeast-derived esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Initial clean malt impression of white bread and crackers is immediately overtaken by assertive, high hop bitterness and intense flavors of citrus rind, mango, and resinous wood. Finishes remarkably dry and crisp with a lingering, clean bitterness and a faint, mineral-like dryness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that accentuates the crispness. Features a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth that never feels heavy or hot, remaining smooth and highly refreshing.
