Complex bottom-fermented Baltic Porter with hints of dark chocolate, toffee and smoked prunes. Jet black colour with a golden brown head, aroma brings in cocoa and dark chocolate with smoky and ashy prunes and cherries. Rich dark chocolate dominates the palate complimented by toffee, smoked prunes and cocoa nibs. Aftertaste lingers with roasty coffee bitterness and tobacco. Mr. Ronk is a dignified partner to discussions about obscure matters and thoughts.

In bocca, con una carbonatazione medio-bassa, è morbida e rotonda, dotata di un grande equilibrio e con una consistenza oleosa e viscosa. Finisce agrodolce, con media amarezza e un po' di cioccolato fondente e frutta persistente nel retrogusto. Pühaste è sicuramente un altro birrificio estone a cui prestare attenzione, soprattutto quando si tratta di Stout e Porter.
