Beyond Void is an imposing Imperial Porter that commands attention with its high-gravity presence. Building on the American Porter foundation, it delivers a high-intensity sensory experience characterized by deeply toasted malts and a decadent richness. The profile offers a complex bouquet of dark chocolate, espresso, and caramelized sugars, complemented by a subtle, earthy hop presence. The palate is dominated by luxurious layers of cocoa and roasted grain, balanced by a firm bitterness that prevents the significant malt weight from becoming cloying. Its substantial alcohol presence is well-integrated, providing a velvety warmth that lingers alongside a satisfyingly toasty, medium-sweet finish.

Appearance. Very dark brown to jet black (38-40 SRM) with deep garnet highlights visible when held to the light. It features a dense, creamy, tan-colored head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity of roasted malt featuring dark chocolate, espresso, and heavily toasted bread. Background notes of caramel and molasses provide richness, while a low earthy hop character and subtle dark fruit esters add complexity.

Taste. Strong roasted flavor of bittersweet chocolate and lightly burnt coffee. A sweet malty richness supports the mid-palate with hints of toffee. Bitterness is medium-high, balancing the malt weight, leading to a long, warming finish that is medium-sweet but lacks any acrid or acidic bite.
