This Saison presents an elegant synthesis of rustic fermentation and delicate botanicals. The presence of honey provides a soft, nectar-like undertone that rounds out the dry, highly attenuated profile without adding residual sweetness. Elderflower contributes a distinctive floral lift, weaving through a tapestry of peppery phenols and bright pome fruit esters typical of a farmhouse ale. A crisp, grainy malt backbone supports the complex aromatic layers, while the blending process ensures a refined, harmonious balance. Effervescent and bone-dry, it concludes with a lingering, floral spice, capturing the essence of a sophisticated, meadow-forward fermentation.

Appearance. Pale gold with a slight, hazy luminescence. Supports a dense, rocky white head with excellent retention and intricate Belgian lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring a complex blend of peppery yeast phenols and citrusy esters. Distinctive floral notes of elderflower merge with a delicate, nectar-like honey aroma.
