Tremolo is a lush Triple Oat Cream IPA that pushes the Double IPA style into a decadent, high-gravity territory. The sensory experience is driven by an intense, multi-dimensional hop profile featuring Citra Cryo, Idaho 7, Krush, and Alora. These varieties weave together waves of yuzu, bright grapefruit, and ripe mango with deep stone fruit undertones. The 'triple oat' addition creates a silky, harmonic foundation that carries the 9.5% ABV with ease. Expect a saturated fruit character that feels both bold and creamy, finishing with a smooth, warming glow and a lingering, resinous citrus complexity.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange (7-9 SRM) with a thick, persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves substantial lacing. The appearance is characterized by a heavy, opaque haze consistent with the high oat content and extensive dry-hopping.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pungent tropical fruit, tangerine, and yuzu. Citra Cryo and Alora provide sharp citrus and peach notes, while Idaho 7 and Krush add layers of pineapple and apricot. A soft, grainy, sweet malt character provides a background for the clean, noticeable alcohol warmth.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit and citrus oils. High hop flavor mirrors the aroma with dominant mango, peach, and resinous grapefruit. Bitterness is moderately high but feels smooth rather than harsh, supported by a creamy malt backbone. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering fruity bitterness and a clean, warm aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full body with a velvety, creamy texture derived from the heavy use of oats. Carbonation is moderate. A significant but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, enhancing the richness without adding astringency.
