Sunspill is a vibrant Gose that marries traditional salty-tart foundations with a lush tropical profile. Bright, jammy strawberry notes intertwine with the succulent, fleshy aroma of ripe mango, creating a fruit-forward bouquet. Underlying this is a subtle, citrusy lift from coriander and a faint sea salt spray that enhances the fruit's natural sweetness. A crisp lactic acidity provides a refreshing backbone, cutting through the fruity richness. The result is a highly effervescent and thirst-quenching experience where the interplay of saline minerals and ripe fruit defines the character, finishing with a clean, mouthwatering snap.

Appearance. 3-6 SRM. Hazy, glowing peach-orange with soft pink highlights. Topped by a moderate white head with fair retention; highly effervescent with tight bubbles.

Aroma. High intensity of ripe strawberries and tropical mango. A light, bready wheat malt backbone supports bright, citrusy coriander notes. Clean lactic sourness is present but subordinate to the dominant fruit profile. No hop aroma.

Taste. Initial impression of tart strawberry jam and sweet mango pulp. Medium-low doughy malt sweetness is quickly balanced by a noticeable but approachable lactic acidity. A light salt character emerges mid-palate, enhancing the fruit flavors without being overtly salty. Very low bitterness with no hop flavor. The finish is dry and crisp with lingering notes of lemon-citrus coriander and tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a tingly, mouthwatering sensation from the salt. High carbonation provides a crisp, effervescent texture. No alcohol warmth; smooth and refreshing without astringency.
