Flourish is a vibrant expression of the American IPA style, showcasing a sophisticated New Zealand hop profile. The use of Nelson and Riwaka hops delivers an intense, fresh sensory experience characterized by distinctive notes of crushed white grape and luscious stone fruit. Despite its assertive hop character, the beer maintains a clean fermentation profile and a smooth, medium body that carries the flavors effortlessly across the palate. A delicate, grainy malt backbone supports the tropical and vinous complexity, leading to a bright, crisp finish. This brew exemplifies a modern, fruit-forward approach while retaining the classic, refreshing bitterness expected of the style.

Appearance. Luminous medium gold color within the 7 SRM range with a very slight haze. Pours with a medium-sized, creamy white head that shows excellent persistence and leaves intricate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma dominated by crushed white grape, gooseberry, and ripe passion fruit. A supportive low, grainy-sweet malt presence provides a clean foundation, while a hint of citrus zest and peach emerges as the beer warms. Fermentation is clean with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is of high hop flavor featuring white wine and stone fruit followed by a firm, clean bitterness. The malt profile is low but present, offering a light toasted bread note. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, finishing dry and bright with a lingering citrus and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture that enhances the fruit perception. Carbonation is moderately high, providing a crisp bite that cleanses the palate without any harshness or astringency. Very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
