This crisp American IPA showcases a vibrant hop quartet of Centennial, Citra, Columbus, and Nelson, delivering a quintessential West Coast experience. A brilliant golden pour leads to an aromatic explosion of bright grapefruit zest, resinous pine, and a subtle tropical wink. The palate is defined by a clean, firm bitterness that balances perfectly against a lean, grainy malt backbone. Refreshing and punchy, it offers a dry, snappy finish that invites another sip, capturing the essence of a modern yet traditional hop-forward ale. It provides a balanced sensory journey where citrus snap and herbal depth harmoniously collide for an easy-drinking profile.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, dank resin, and hints of crushed gooseberry. Low grainy, crackery malt sweetness provides a clean background, free of significant esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a sharp, clean hop bite. Medium-high hop flavors of grapefruit peel and pine resin dominate, supported by a low, grainy-sweet malt character. Firm bitterness is present but not harsh, leading to a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering citrus and herbal aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate-high carbonation enhances the refreshing quality. Minimal alcohol warmth is present, and the finish is devoid of astringency.
