Unwaves is a contemporary American Pale Ale that prioritizes a soft, modern mouthfeel over traditional sharp bitterness. The aromatic profile is defined by a vivid interplay of Mosaic and Amarillo hops, delivering a punchy bouquet of ripe pineapple, sweet melon, and bright citrus zest. A clean, neutral malt base provides a subtle bready foundation, allowing the tropical and stone fruit esters to shine. Despite its sessionable strength, the beer offers a creamy, fluffy presence reminiscent of hazy styles, balancing a moderate hop intensity with a clean, approachable finish. Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM). Large, frothy white head with good retention and light lacing. Displays a modern slight haze rather than brilliant clarity.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical pineapple and ripe melon from the Mosaic, complemented by a zesty citrus character from the Amarillo. Low neutral, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the fruit-forward profile. Very low fruity fermentation esters.
