This vibrant American IPA showcases an intense, multi-layered hop profile driven by the specific combination of Citra, Citra Cryo, Bru-1, and Mosaic. The sensory experience leads with bright notes of pink grapefruit and lime zest from the Citra and Citra Cryo, while Mosaic contributes complex layers of ripe blueberries and tropical papaya. Bru-1 provides a distinct hit of fresh pineapple that rounds out the lush, fruity bouquet. Supported by a clean, lean malt backbone, the profile is defined by high hop saturation and a crisp finish, reflecting a modern approach to the style with punchy, resinous depth and a persistent bitterness.

Appearance. Deep gold (7 SRM); large, frothy white head with excellent persistence and heavy lacing; clear with a very slight, luminous chill haze.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, supported by citrus peel and a hint of resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral background; fermentation is clean with no detectable esters.

Taste. Bold, hop-forward flavors of tropical fruit and citrus dominate the initial impression. A medium-high bitterness provides a sharp, clean counterpoint to the subtle, bready malt sweetness. The mid-palette reveals more complex berry and stone fruit notes, leading to a dry, crisp finish with a lingering, pleasant citrus-rind bitterness and minimal hop resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from the heavy hop load. Moderate-high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. Alcohol warmth is very subtle and well-integrated; no astringency.
