On the palate, a soft wheat base and a minimal touch of Columbus hops allow the fruit to shine, while the infusion of Himalayan Sea salt provides a mouthwatering, mineral finish that balances the berry profile. It is a refreshing, effervescent take on the Gose style that perfectly marries salt, spice, and intense red fruit character.
Appearance. Hazy and unfiltered with a striking reddish-pink to light purple hue; features a moderate white head with a faint pink tint, displaying good retention and high effervescence.
Aroma. High intensity fruit-forward aroma of ripe raspberry and blackberry from tayberries, combined with the tangy, zesty character of honeyberries; subtle bready wheat malt and a bright, citrusy coriander spice with a clean lactic tang.
