This Hazy IPA presents an ultra-saturated sensory profile driven by an 'oat cream' foundation. The aroma is dominated by a tropical punch of pineapple and subtle coconut from Sabro Cryo and Bru-1, while Citra and Mosaic Cryo provide a layered complexity of ripe berries and citrus zest. Idaho Gem rounds out the profile with soft stone fruit accents. On the palate, the addition of lactose and a heavy oat grist creates a plush, velvety texture that carries intense fruit flavors with minimal bitterness. The result is a smooth, juice-like experience that emphasizes hop saturation and a creamy, substantial mouthfeel.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque with a consistent, heavy haze providing a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, mango, and coconut. Pronounced notes of blueberries and tangerine. Background malt is sweet, grainy, and bready, complemented by a light vanilla-like sweetness from lactose. Clean fermentation with subtle fruity esters.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of tropical fruit and citrus. Low to medium-low bitterness that never becomes harsh. The malt flavor is bready and soft, supporting a medium-sweet finish enhanced by lactose. Aftertaste is a lingering blend of tropical fruit smoothie and sweet grain.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a notably creamy and smooth texture. Medium carbonation. A gentle, integrated alcohol warmth is present. Entirely free of hop astringency or harshness.
