Appearance. Pale golden (5-6 SRM). Large, white, frothy head with excellent retention and delicate lacing. Generally clear with a very faint, youthful haze.
Aroma. High intensity. Bold tropical fruit (mango, papaya) and citrus (tangerine, lime) hop character, accompanied by a signature creamy coconut and soft cedar note. Low neutral, grainy maltiness. Clean fermentation with very low esters.
Taste. Initial impression of bright citrus and tropical punch. The flavor follows the aroma with prominent tangerine, coconut, and blueberry. Moderate bitterness provides structure without being harsh. Supportive, light bready malt. Clean finish with a lingering tropical and citrus aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body. Moderate to high carbonation. Smooth and refreshing with no alcohol warmth and zero astringency.
